Thrive offers a staffed, structured and well-appointed sober living home that sets the stage for women to focus on skill building that will allow them to transition to independent lives.

Our Residents

Our team serves young women between the ages of 18 and 25 by teaching them life skills that assist them in a successful transition into independent living, while maintaining their sobriety and recovery.

Our Location

Located on a serene, 220-acre property nestled in rolling hills and countryside in Independence, MO, Thrive House is a beautiful newly-built home that inspires community and the sense of home. The location is in close proximity to educational institutions and job opportunities while allowing for a peaceful and scenic outdoor setting.

Life Skills

We develop personalized development plans to continue and expand on therapy, 12 step work, coping skills development, medication management, life, career and education coaching, etc.

Personal Growth

We assist residents in developing skills such as taking personal responsibility, time management, budgeting and goal setting. We also encourage and expose them to healthy habits and hobbies such as cooking, fitness, gardening and overall wellness, allowing them to live their best lives.
